To download the Galexis Sound files to your computer

3. Know the type of computer you are using:
PC USERS: Right-click you mouse over the link.
MAC USERS: Control-click your mouse over the link.
4. A new window will appear that asks you for the name and the location (on your hard-drive) where you want to save this individual file. (Different operating systems have different messages. One Windows XP version says: "Save Link," another says "Save Target.") Do that then press "Enter/Return." Wait for a while during which time the file downloads to your computer, and you are done.

"Breaking Negative Psychic Contracts"

Q.1. I am unclear about why I would have made a contract with my father to molest me. A.1. You gave him gifts (vulnerability, secrecy, power) and expected/hoped that he would be happy and stable and then love you back. You need to listen to the whole answer - it's moving.
Q.2. When I was 5 and hiding under the sheets, miserable and scared, I suddenly swore that when I was okay, I would touch and help people. A.2. This is not a contract but a vow, made from the depths of your soul. Redefine this from your adult perspective and allow yourself to touch and help people now without loss of yourself.
Q.3. Can you have a contract with all of mankind? A.3. Yes, and it is a heavy load!
Q.4. All my life, my mother says "no" and is horrible to me, always criticizing everything I do or say. My mother did this to my father as well, but he was a wimp around her. So I'd get in-between them and defend him. If I don't aggravate my mother, she doesn't seem to come "alive." A.4. In a lively back-and-forth discussion, Galexis explains the contracts with both parents and suggests that part of letting the contract go with mother is to let her sulk and be unpleasant by herself, rather than forcing conflict to activate her. Once you do that, then learn how to love yourself and affirm your own loveability. Love you for being you, and not for what you can do for anyone, for any performance or even intentions.
